We realise that Strategy and Change related roles are not as black and white as many in other disciplines and as such they require a more sophisticated approach in order to provide the best match for both candidate and client.

We call this approach Contingent Search.

We do not rely on advertising to gain candidates but instead look to actively build our extensive networks of talented individuals in our areas of speciality by recommendation based headhunting and referrals.

The professionals in our networks will rarely be “active” in the job market and our outlook is a long term one whereby we get to know the person and what drives them so that we can be in the best place to advise when their situation changes or when their “Dream job” comes up.
